EME Business Training proposal discussed in the meeting:
Concept & Target Audience
A pilot program aimed at entrepreneurial training, with an emphasis on female entrepreneurship, particularly Mayan women involved in micro-enterprises
The program would be open broadly but with a focus on women's entrepreneurial development
Curriculum
Louis's existing 270-page digital business course (developed for ACTEC) would serve as the content foundation
The course covers social media presence, maps, SEO basics, CRM, and full business digitalization — with two tracks: product and service
It features a protagonist named Maria (a female entrepreneur), making it naturally inclusive and relevant to the target audience
Five "artifacts" (tools/frameworks) are included to help entrepreneurs implement digital solutions
Technology Component
The EME mobile app would be integrated as a communication and coordination tool, with each participant having an AI assistant
A free vocational training tutorial/learning center would be set up within EME
Business Arrangement
Christopher proposed purchasing the content in an AI-friendly format (e.g., documents with Q&A) to build tutorials
Louis offered to contribute the content collaboratively rather than requiring a purchase
In return, Louis would join the board of directors for the project and receive marketing/sponsorship benefits
Any revenue generated would be reinvested into marketing and travel to expand the initiative
Next Steps
Run a one-month pilot program using EME with Louis's content
Submit all related projects to the Impact Bank platform by end of month
